Green Cherry Smoothie

We drink Smoothies on a daily basis and they are so good! It is one way for us to get in raw fruits and veggies as well as other essential things we need. We DO give this to the kids and they LOVE it!

Today our smoothie included:

100% Apple Juice and 100% Black Cherry Juice 
Then we add the Greens - Today we did Spinach and Collard Greens. We then add Flax Oil and Ground Hemp Seed. 
Blend those together and then add your fruit! We did Cherries, Mango and Pineapple today! YUMMY





In the end your smoothie should look like this! 


NOT Green AT ALL! HAHA 
The kids have NO idea they are drinking their greens! :)
