Just so you know what I plan to make with these items......
Hemp Seeds are GREAT for smoothies! They taste nutty and pack a good amount of protein! They can also be used in breads.
Coconut flour and Millet flour will be used for baking things like whole grain breads, muffins, cakes, etc.
Chia Seeds and Caraway Seeds will be used for many things! Smoothies, breads, toppings etc.
Edelberries are good for the respiratory and immune system and can be used for many things such as in smoothies, topped on GF oatmeal, cereal, etc.
The detox mix and Banana Chips will be used for snacking purposes. My kids as well as my husband LOVE to snack and we need healthy GF options so...this will be a good way to get in the nutrients we need while enjoying the snacking! :)
